ASHS Announces Fourth Quarter 1998 and Year End 1998 Preliminary Financial Results
American Shared Hospital Services (ASHS and together with its subsidiaries) primarily provides shared radiosurgery services to hospitals, medical centers and medical offices. Radiosurgery services are performed by the Company through its subsidiary GK Financing, LLC a California limited liability company (GKF), which currently provides Gamma Knife units to five medical centers with five signed contracts under development to begin during 1999.
